Polarized
lenses have filters that block out reflected light, virtually
eliminating the glare caused by reflections from horizontal surfaces.
This makes them ideal for driving or water activities. Filtering the
light in one direction, rather than darkening it from all directions
like with tinting, leads to sharper vision and better color
renditionExcellent visual performance with great distance and reading
vision.
Up to 30% thinner than standard CR-39 plastic lenses.
Due
to its safety properties, polycarbonate is ideal for bifocal wearers
with an active lifestyle or for those who have one eye that is much
better than the other (amblyopia), so the "better eye" is always
protected.
Blocks 100% of UVA and UVB light for maximum protection.
Includes premium Scratch-Resistant Hardcoat and pristinely polished lens edges at no additional charge.
Progressive
lenses are sometimes referred to as "no-line bifocals", "no-line
trifocals", "vari-focals". Distance vision is at the top and the power
progressively changes to the reading (up-close) prescription the
further you look down the lenses.
